Effective Electrical installed our PV solar system in August 2019, and the results were beyond our expectations.  Mark and the team offered excellent service and advise as they walked us through multiple system, which all could be viewed in operation at their local Ballarat offices.  Once we had made our choice, again we were supported ​through all the rebate applications and Vic Solar processes.  The installation was carried out exactly as planned and followed up with great after sales support in setting up WiFi app’s etc. and ongoing monitoring of the systems operation.  The bottom line was professional advice, extremely competitive price without compromising quality and great service all while dealing with a local Ballarat business.

We had a situation with an out of town solar company that took our money and won’t give it back, living with a generator for months and months whilst waiting for solar with two babies was very stressful.
In an emergency when we realized we had been ripped off I called Mark desperate for help, support and most of all POWER. 
Mark was amazing and made time for a meeting instantly, and had a system In mind and ready to go within weeks.
 The team came to the property to assess the needs and were very professional and sympathetic of our terrible situation.
Within weeks the team were back at the property and the power was on with not one issue, I cannot praise them any more to everyone we talk too.
