This is a grid connected hybrid solar system which has the ability to provide power when grid power is not available. 

On a standard grid connected solar system the power from the solar cannot be used when grid power is not available.

Note: It is a requirement that when the grid is not available the inverter must turn off for 5 seconds before supplying power from the batteries and/or solar. If this is going to be an issue then we can incorporate a UPS to provide a smooth transition from grid to off grid.

If you are on a SWER line or have other grid supply issues a hybrid solar system can be designed which will give you the power you need when the grid is down or the grid is not supplying sufficient power.
